      There are good and not so good things

      Pros

      - Great Salary - Good benefits - Able to work from home and from office - Company does give a lot of tools in order to make your job easier

      Cons

      - There are new goals every quarter, this makes harder to get the full bonus - There are a lot of movement inside the company, so most likely to have a new "boss" every year depending on the field you are working on - Since management is changing constantly, we don't really know what will be the next phase of the company going forward

We do acknowledge that we have movement inside the company and this comes in various forms such as; transfers, promotions and attrition which is natural for any company. Cloudera is increasing manager training and employee communications so people at all levels have a better understanding of the organization and strategy.

We are doing everything we can to push the needle and this year being named ‘Gartner's customer choice for Hybrid Data Platform’ shows that our efforts are paying off. However, saying that we need to continue to be focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Listening to our employees is just as important as listening to our customers and we will certainly take this feedback into consideration as we move forward.
