      Pros

      -Founders have a clear vision about their product roap map and care about customers success -Management cares about employees -Good work life balance and channels for feedback and achieving excellence

      Cons

      -As the company is growing one is not sure where their career is heading.Accolades flow in ,but as soon as one asks growth, conversation becomes very limiting and pessimistic in nature

      Pros

      Intelligent people. Passionate about Cloudera. Sincere in their belief that Cloudera will dominate the world. Nice CEO and Founders.

      Cons

      Unwilling to adapt to the world beyond Silicon Valley. These guys are so drunk on their own internal arrogance that I wonder if they will survive. They think their competitors are idiots. Their marketing team is very small and evidently Senior Management isn't interested in growing it. They think their customers on Wall Street and in the Bay Area are representative of the market at large -- they are not. They don't understand that not every customer has a staff of 20 all ready to dig into Big Data. Don't bother applying if you are differently abled, don't look like a computer geek, or haven't spent the past 5 years in Silicon Valley.
