      1. Good perks and hikes 2. good awards and bonus 3. Would learn lot on hadoop and recently on CDP advancement you would get exposure on AWS and openshift/kubernetes. 4. Manager appreciation 5. Work life balance. Cloudera is one of the companies that has awarded 2 mandatories unplug leaves apart from casual and sick leaves on lockdown. It truly cares about employees. 6. Cab and internet reimbursement. 7. Offcourse free food and lots of parties 8. work from home benefits 9. Good weekend and public holiday benefits 10. Comapny will also award Shares/RSU's that is an indirect savings.
