      Pros

      Very interesting journey in Cloudera. I love the culture, openness, collaboration, work & life balance. The company was famous as a Hadoop company, but now transiting to a hybrid cloud company, a lot of things to learn, a good place to learn.

      Great work/life balance and benefits. There are some very kind and talented folks throughout the org.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover -- more than I have ever experienced. Lack of communication on my specific team. Two new managers within 1.5 months. Current boss went from showing zero interest in my team to becoming a complete micromanager. I can't count on my colleagues on other teams to complete tasks or communicate effectively. Most folks are in their 40s and 50s, but I feel like I am working with new grads. There is no career path for my current role.
