      Pros

      Cloudera has great technology that can make a significant impact to the companies who deploy it. We also have the know-how and dedication to help customers be successful in their implementations. Our engineers are amazing and our founders second to none. I have a tremendous support team and we are all focused on making customers successful, my passion and reason I love being in sales.

      Cons

      As the company grows, so does the internal process. I think this is normal and required but I prefer less structure. That said, the pros of working at Cloudera far outweigh any of the small irritations created as the company becomes more structured.

      Pros

      i have worked at cloudera for a bit over three years and genuinely enjoy it here. it feels like we have a solid executive management team that actively works to improve the business. pros: - fun company that is truly innovating - work is rewarding and you can make a difference if you have the initiative - growing quickly and becoming more of a household name - rewarding to see the work you put in translate to success for the company

      cons: - very intense pace and volume of work - extreme competition from cloud vendors, we are catching up but still behind

      There is a lot to learn every day and you get to work with a large amount of clients. So there is no shortage of new things to work on. In addition everyone works as a team and people help each other a lot.
