Pros

Plenty of difficult, interesting problems to solve.

Cons

- You may feel like cattle as you're onboarded—there's a reason. - You will hear about quite a lot of people taking personal leaves of absence—many of them are probably burned out. - Sometimes feels like there are more Technical Project Managers than ICs/software engineers - Laser beam of focus on a particular initiative either places you and your team in the favorable critical path or the crushing responsibility of unblocking the favorable critical team at unsustainable paces. Anything not in the focus of the laser is waysided and left to operate with varying degrees of support. - Poor professional culture. Boisterousness and blaming are often the elevated voices.

Pros

- Good opportunities to grow and learn - Lots of kind people (however culture degraded over time) - Great offices and a good events dynamic

Cons

- A few people that push problems to others, instead of solving them - Inflated middle management tier - Lots of complex processes and lack of focus on the 20% work that gives us the 80% return. - Lots of kind people (however culture degraded over time)
