Pros

Amazing culture Transparency at it's core Highly knowledgeable people Hybrid working environment, no mandatory office attendance. Everyone picks what works best for them

Cons

Some processes should be more efficient to allow things to move faster Compensation is overall great, but benefits could be better

Pros

Got to work with some really smart and friendly colleagues. The product itself is pretty interesting, and I learned a lot from my teammates. Certain roles have better pay compared to other tech companies.

Cons

Many employees are burnout. The focus on the bottom line and financial metrics is noticeable, with people not feeling like they're at the center of the strategy. I left a while back, and it looks like more people are leaving too. Retention seems to be an issue. Career progression is quite limited. Work-life balance isn't great. You'll be expected to work long hours.
