      Pros

      The interview process was great, and all of the meetings felt more like conversations, not interviews. Meeting a broad range of people who were transparent, open, honest, and excited.

      Cons

      Office is located far from BART.

      Pros

      - The people are amazing and the training is very good. Is a company that it's growing and I've joined the company because I believe that they trust the potential of their employees and they want to invest in them.

      Cons

      - Long recruitment process and sometimes they don't email you or call you.

      - Relatively fast hiring process - Extremely friendly interviewing process - Exposure to a variety of individuals during the process - Fun and hard working-work environment

      Cons

      - Response time after interviews (however, CF is a fast growing company)

We are measuring our response time during the interview process so we can flag if someone has gone too long without hearing from us.
