Pros

The solutions Cloudflare create and the problems we solve for millions of customers is what makes a sales role interesting every single day. The wide range of solutions Cloudflare offers and the way we are positioned in the market opens up a lot of conversation with many stakeholders which generates plenty of pipeline. Departments grow at rapid pace so there’s always opportunity to move up or change positions within the organisation.

Cons

There are no cons as such. As an employee you have to stay on your toes and be ready to think outside the box. The rapid changes and new releases mean that you’ve got to stay alert and be ready to learn and adapt quickly. My advice is to take control of your calendar and schedule time efficiently to reach a healthy work life balance. Which is supported by management.
