Pros

- Culture, culture, culture - I would describe the workforce as down-to-earth, humble, kind, and intelligent! The company invests in monthly team outings, which contribute to a strong feeling of team and being "in it" together. Every Friday, we participate in a "Win Wire" during which employees share their wins from the week - people and their accomplishments are celebrated here. - Benefits - Cloudforce pays 100% of healthcare premiums. We also have a $365 annual wellness credit that we can spend on anything from running shoes to spa visits. If you come into the office on Fridays, lunch is free. - Interesting work - You'll work on cutting-edge tech projects, with the most interesting subject being nebulaONE (Cloudforce's proprietary AI product).

Cons

- Clients can be demanding - Most clients you deal with are relatively down-to-earth, but similar to any client-facing role, you may run into tricky clients with lofty or unrealistic expectations of the team. - Workload ebb and flows - At times, you'll need to work long hours, though work-life balance is generally more of a thing at Cloudforce than most other companies. You won't have to worry about working late most days, as managers don't want nor expect you to do so.

Pros

Cloudforce has built a genuinely collaborative and supportive work environment that makes coming into the office something to always look forward to. The leadership team is approachable, receptive to feedback, and clearly invested in both the success of the company and the employees. Work-life balance is generally respected. There's a strong emphasis on professional development as the company actively supports training and certification opportunities. There is also a slew of fun team-building events and volunteering activities. The company's commitment to their culture and values is a real advantage.

Cons

Base compensation was on the lower end considering the high cost of living in the nearby area.

Pros

Supportive and Collaborative Culture: Cloudforce fosters a truly positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment. Everyone is ready to help each other succeed, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie across departments. Career Growth Opportunities: The company actively encourages learning and development, offering mentorship, training sessions, and clear paths to advancement. Promotions are based on merit, and hard work is always recognized. There are professional development plans, certifications, degrees to be earned... and Cloudforce is there for it all. Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules and remote work options make it easy to maintain a work-life balance... although I am finding myself working more than I should because I dig the work and the people. You don't want to disappoint. Management genuinely cares about employees’ well-being. Visionary Leadership: Leadership at Cloudforce is transparent, approachable, and always open to feedback. Their clear vision inspires confidence and drives the company forward. Innovative Projects: Employees get to work on cutting-edge technology and exciting projects that make a real impact. There’s never a dull moment! Great Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, competitive salaries, generous PTO, and regular (real, actual, fun) team-building events make Cloudforce a fantastic place to work.

Cons

Fast Pace Can Be Challenging: The high-growth environment means things move quickly, which may be intense for some. However, it also means endless opportunities to learn and grow. Occasional Growing Pains: Like any company scaling rapidly, there are occasional process adjustments, but management is always receptive to feedback and quick to improve. If you are a change maker, doer/get it doner... you'll fit in just fine... and you will not be in the minority!
