I’ve been in a lot of positions at a lot of companies in a lot of industries. Nothing moves as fast or as freely as Cloudforce. Nobody has more humble confidence than the people that work here. They truly expect you to be your honest vulnerable self. To be able to directly collaborate with the CEO, senior engineers, project coordinator, and a new sales leader on the same project is not uncommon. To also see that project be the first time we engage in that work and then months later it be presented on Microsoft’s win wire, also not uncommon. The vision and foresight is unmatched. You’ll never be trusted more by leadership and management than here. They hire great people first that will match the environment and the path forward.
