- Great company that cares about their employees as people - Many opportunities for growth (it is also a core value)

Cons

- Growing pains can be felt and the company often has to revisit some practices and routines that no longer work with the growing employee count. These pivots often occur after the growing pain is evident.

Pros

The team is great, and we receive good benefits. I think the execs truly care about the staff. We always make time to relax and have fun together as a team. The gym, cold brew, and wine and beer taps are added perks. The flexible hybrid schedule is also a plus.

Cons

The only downside to working at a start-up is that it sometimes requires longer hours. Not every day, but some days require 10+ hours of effort.
