Pros

Coworkers are creative, knowledgeable, and humble. They're a genuine joy to be around. Leadership is careful to solicit your input on your workload and works hard to make sure you're set up to succeed. A 40 hour workweek is the expectation, rather than the exception. Gone are my days of routine 60+ hour weeks.

Cons

There's a strong emphasis on socializing on the clock, particularly Friday afternoons, so it means getting your week's work done on a slightly shorter timeline.

-Co-workers -Level of talent -Culture -Compensation -Literal open door with the C-suite - not walled off from the employees -Location -Office space -Ability to adapt -Recognition in the IT market -Growing rapidly -A lengthy list of accolades -Employee feedback is valued -Employees feel like they a have stake in the company instead of just working for the company -The company invests in their employees -Gives back to the local community

Cons

-Outside of salary, other benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.) are good, but could be better (these have steadily improved as the company has grown) -Growing rapidly, but there are a few lingering small business growing pains that all companies face
