We've all had that job we hate or the boss we can't stand. You won't find that here! The staff and leadership are all top notch - driven to provide the best experience for our customers by exceeding their expectations while delivering cool projects and exploring all the nerd things.
The culture here is fantastic. Trusted to do your job without micromanaging your every move. While it comes with responsibility, the autonomy is great. There are work from home options as needed. Have a great idea? Share it! The open, transparent and collaborative culture here actually takes a bit to get used to as a lot of companies claim to be open and collaborative, but they don’t necessarily walk that walk. We do at Cloudforce.
There are regular team outings (axe throwing, go-karts, rock climbing – oh my), Friday lunches, Ping Pong, Xbox and all kinds of tech toys…but don’t let that fool you! We’re a team full of hard-working pros that produce and inspire!
I can honestly say I enjoy working with each and every person at Cloudforce. They're smart, have a great work ethic and experienced while being down to earth and easy to work and get along with.
The benefits are what you’d expect but they’re not only about Healthcare and 401(k). Leadership is very generous, warm and open.
The office is newly renovated and branded - you really need to see it to appreciate it. Each office has a view of the Harbor. Wait until you see the business cards!
Cons
None so far! If I was going to nit pick anything (which is hard to do), I'm not the biggest fan of Kaiser, but it's free, so can't really complain about that!
