      Pros

      Cloudforce prides itself on hiring people who are extremely genuine and open minded - and it shows! I have never met better people in my life. There's a huge push for coworker bonding and great work/life balance. Its honestly worth it for the people alone.

      Cons

      As with most startups - it's a lot of work. With all of the growth and scaling, there is just a ton to get done. That alone isn't a huge con but combined with limited funds to pay people appropriately - it can become tiring. Would love to see Cloudforce start paying competitive market pay.

      It's so clear in every interaction that Cloudforce cares about their people - their growth and genuine well-being. From the benefits, to the office lay out, to the tone of each meeting - it's clear that things are built out with intention

      Cons

      The company is growing FAST and trying to keep up with demand...so it's a very agile environment which can feel discombobulated. But, that's really a good problem to have...
