Our most significant management-led initiative last year was simply a price increase. - As we become more corporate, we paradoxically become more disorganized. There is no clear long-term growth vision, and our primary focus revolves around extracting more value from our customers while reducing costs. - 4 days in office, but prefers to hire in cheaper, non-Sunnyvale locations.
