It pays okay, not great for the hell you will go through My hiring team was fun and diverse Benefits were great

Training was THE worst training I've had in my 30 year career. Management was awful This position will require certification My advice, I know the job hunting is hard and this will seem great but out of 15 of us high level IT only 3 got certified AFTER they extended it several weeks and only 20% of the group. RUN don't walk the other way. Not being Hyperbolic. Until there is a major shake up in training and get competent management, it will be no different for you.
