Pros

Clover is fulfilling place to work if only in certain departments. Clover is a diamond amongst the conglomerate known as Fiserv. You will learn a lot in very little time.

Cons

Still owned by a conglomerate, sometimes unrealistic deadlines backed by leadership not internal to Clover. Again it really depends on the team and department.

Pros

Not having a single good word to say about this hell

Cons

Dumb HR and management HR promotes absconding by asking you to join Clover and leaving your current company without serving notice period, even they don't bother about your experience letter No work life balance You have to work like a slave 24 hours a day and no Saturday Sunday No leaves, officially 12 but for every leave you have to pay You have to work for them even you are sitting at death bed No mediclaim provide , you have to bear all medical expenses Salary can be put on hold any time without any reason You have to sign a bond for 3.5 years if you are a fresher like a bonded labor and they take 1 lac Rs as an advance and even if you want to leave organisation during this tenure they ask for 2 Lac recovery

Pros

Great team and really talented people. Lots of potential.

Cons

Management is terrible. Doesn't know what's going on and runs more like a banana republic. Customers face problems and teams supporting them continue to suffer for years. Management has no focus and are all over the place. Employees like to blame Fiserv and the new head for their problems but the poor quality software was built by Clover employees not Fiserv. They haven't done anything to bring in a product culture and people don't stick around because they burn out too soon in this culture. The knowledge is constantly lost. I'm glad I could leave. Clover only cares about what employees can give the company and there is no recognition or appreciation for employees dealing with such dire situations disrupting their personal lives and mental needs. Most problems are not even identified and Clover loves to sell this dysfunctional system as 'startup culture'. Don't fall for it when they say that. Everything is a mess and there is no accountability for people who create the mess or do nothing to improve the situation.
