Pros

Not too much to say

Cons

Extremely insecure and toxic management, poor work culture, no work life balance, no one wants to work here. The turnover has been high and everyone’s leaving, even the executives. All executives are rolled over from Fiserv/First Data with extremely outdated methods in running a tech company. Also, poor diversity.

Pros

Flexible time off (for the moment) and mostly free lunches

Cons

Turnover has been crazy. What's left is people in roles where they don't belong, brain-drained products, code that hasn't been properly reviewed, and overwhelming big-corp processes. You're told to have a 'can-do', 'agile', and 'startup' attitude but you'll find zero of that. It is mandatory to be in the mostly vacant office at least 4 days a week.

Pros

We received merit pay increases and bonuses this year Decent work-life balance

Cons

Crowded, old-fashioned, corporate offices mainly inhabited by parent company. There are not enough desks for everyone, so they are cramming folks into conference rooms. Inadequate internet connection from the office. There is too much noise to have remote meetings with other offices, which are crucial to the success of many teams. Frequent problems with product availability and performance due to not back-filling attrition. Leadership is blaming remote work for the problems, and and are forcing everyone to come into offices with inadequate space Monday through Thursday. Professional dress code is enforced. Communication has become poor. Our parent company just announced that we had just launched a product that isn't set to go out for quite a while still. Stingy about pay raises and promotions. The general feeling is that the return-to-office policy is a form of "soft layoffs".
