Pros

Great team, fun culture, and very engaging work. You are directly contributing to client strategy and get to work directly with c-level contacts regularly with some of your customers

Cons

Complex role with a lot of moving parts. Like many CSM jobs it can be hard to influence outcomes with some difficult clients

Pros

Leaders are very authentic and care about your success and growth. I feel well-compensated and supported. I've received regular promotions and feel like I'm being challenged in a positive way. Office culture is really fun and I feel like I'm well taken care of.

Cons

Clozd is very high expectations, very rewards. Leadership is working to have more transparent expectations but even those can be stressful because there is a lot asked of all employees. I think this is on par with other start ups where your loyalty and commitment are expected more than larger companies.
