Great Company! Very detailed onboarding, still a lot to learn

Pros

Onboarding is very thorough. Everyone I have spent time with has been friendly and willing to help. My onboarding experience has been the best I have experienced in any job I have held. I cannot speak to further details about my role yet, but so far I have been impressed

Cons

While the onboarding is thorough I think it could have been condensed a little bit as there was a lot of open time and a lot of time to watch videos that followed a team member led training. Also, some of the trainings were recorded, I think some items could have been combined. I think that every week I have been with the company there has been a division or company wide meeting. After a while it feels repetitive.
