Awesome people, awesome work just not the best pay

Pros

Loved working with my implementation team. There was great team support and help from one another.

Cons

Not great pay. Bonuses are included in your annual salary so it doesn't feel like an actual bonus, rather it's just part of your pay that's given to you in Q1 if you complete your annual duties.
