- Horrible upper management. Terrible people to work for they do not give a crap about anyone beneath them. -Bad working conditions. This company weasels out of code violations. Won’t provide heavy duty jackets for employees yet expect them to work out in conditions as low as 1 degrees. -Lack of an actual break. Most locations don’t even let u take a lunch break and ones that do u are limited to getting something quick and get back to dawging in the tunnel. -Corporate treats everyone like they are peasants. They will show up randomly rip your *** then leaves. Super strict on rules you aren’t even allowed to have your phone on your person or else it’s an automatic write up. This isn’t kindergarten but they treat u like it is. -hours are hit or miss due to weather.
