The pay is amazing and commissions are easy to build. It is nice if you like being outdoors because you get to enjoy some beautiful weather.

Cons

The work environment: chemicals, heat, not always inclusive (some coworkers/customers-not management though) . Breaks are based on the staffing for the day. DIY sales training although the terminal and basics were taught.
