Pay is awesome, that's the one saving grace.
Cons
Don't expect to have a life whatsoever if you want to be a manager. The founder does not care at all about the fact that there are staffing shortages. Get ready to wake up at five in the morning and work until 9pm to get back up at 5 again the next day because the store just has to keep running no matter what! Only have 30% of a staff? Too bad, they need your game plan for increasing their unbelievable sales volume even higher! There was literally morning where NOBODY showed up except me and I was still expected to run the whole store!
