Pros

You get to take home cash every day from tips. You can usually get up to 40 hours a week if you ask for it.

Cons

Hours can be very long and there are no breaks cut out during your shift. The management is very poor. Little to no help from them during the day. Overall a physically draining job and if the tips aren't good then the pay isn't worth it.
