Pros

Good hours, good PTO, good personal use discounts on equipment, good pay (as long as you are willing to put in the effort, like any sales job)

Cons

Company culture has changed quite a bit to put more emphasis on sales and a little less on fitting and training. It is a sales job, though, so, fair enough.

Pros

Getting to work in the Golf Industry

Cons

Everything!!! This company is so unprofessional and does not follow laws or OSHA Compliance. If you work there, do not expect to be able to take a lunch break or any of your entitled breaks. The management is in it just for the titles. They have no interest in coaching the CERTAIN people. I have been picked on and singled out with no coaching or opportunities for improvement. They give higher merit increases based on favoritism. I had higher sales than all at my store, and my merit increase was less. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
