      Pros

      If you are a golf enthusiast, Club Champion gives you the tools and skills to be successful at you career. There is no better custom fitting and building company in the world! Club Champion is also a wonderful place to turn your passion into a meaningful career. I have been with the company for less than two years and in that time I have been promoted from a Master Fitter & Builder to a Area Sales Manager. I feel incredibly rewarded that my hard work and dedication has paid off.

      Cons

      This is a growing company. While change can be exciting it can also be frustrating.

      Access to the best training and information in the business. Access to the best equipment, great PUD pricing

      Cons

      Referral driven- if not motivated to grow your book can be a struggle. Lack of 401k match. Growth challenges. 1/2 salary 1/2 commission pay structure

      Really appreciate the review and thanks for being candid! While we made several improvements to our compensation plan over the last 6 months, we do recognize there are still opportunities to improve. We will continue working hard to make more positive changes as we grow!

      - Stable schedule- 2 days off/week, optional seasonal OT, full benefits, 3 weeks PTO, reasonable store hours - Working with like-minded individuals that share a passion for golf - Top tier technology and equipment options - Improving culture and fast growing company - Potential to create many relationships with clients

      Cons

      - Growing pains of quickly growing business/industry - Challenging to move up in company if timing is not right or at a store with established management - Many moving parts and responsibilities can be overwhelming during the busy season
