As is common with start-up companies, Clustrix does not match 401K contributions at this time. However, the company offers very competitive compensation and benefits and is committed to employee stock ownership through its generous stock option program. We believe in shared success and we take pride in our flexible, fun culture.
All Clustrix offices (San Francisco, Seattle, San Jose, Seoul) are conveniently located to allow easy access to public transportation, and we offer pre-tax commuter benefits to help with the cost of commuting to work.
