Pros

I enjoy working here because of the great team and a great opportunity to participate in difficult projects. We are always finding ways to improve the automation infrastructure and finding new ways to test some feature. Senior engineers are always willing to help regardless of their busy schedules.

Cons

Difficult to find good help. Interview a number people that claim to be senior engineers. Also, there is a number of unfriendly people, so I'm not expecting to make new friends here.

As is common with start-up companies, Clustrix does not match 401K contributions at this time. However, the company offers very competitive compensation and benefits and is committed to employee stock ownership through its generous stock option program. We believe in shared success and we take pride in our flexible, fun culture. All Clustrix offices (San Francisco, Seattle, San Jose, Seoul) are conveniently located to allow easy access to public transportation, and we offer pre-tax commuter benefits to help with the cost of commuting to work.
