      If you can get the good sections, you can make good money. Just make sure you know the menu/can handle the rush.

      Pros

      I worked at a restaurant in the CRG family part time for a few years. I think their biggest strength as an employer is an extremely strong front of house training program, both corporate and in the restaurant. This will set employees up to succeed in future jobs in the industry as well.

      Cons

      Standards of service set by corporate can be a hassle to work within.
