      Well-established company with great training. The managers allow you to work without them constantly interfering.

      I had a solid experience working with Clydes - the training was fantastic and it's a great community of people.

      Pros

      Extensive training makes sure that you are ready for anything. As a host the pay was good and all my coworkers were great people and enjoyable to be with. All the staff are hard working and for a restaurant the turnover is not as fast as one would expect. The customers are generally great to the employees as well.

      Cons

      The hours are tough but given the nature of the business to be expected.
