Pros

Hybrid work options are available. Beautiful building with gym, and affordable cafeteria. RTD pass.

Cons

I agree with the vast majority of other reviews left this year. I also experienced an environment where I did not receive training on essential job functions and was later faulted for it. Fear and intimidation tactics are utilized. Nightmare situation for me. I wish I never accepted the position to be honest. If you join keep your head down, and maybe start looking elsewhere the moment you get friction. High turnover in my team. Look at other recent reviews.

Thank you for your comment. CoBank is in a strong financial position, and we have shared our success with our associates through a generous short-term incentive cash program that every CoBank associate is eligible for. We are proud to share these earnings with not only our associates but also with our member-owners through our patronage program. All associates were also eligible for merit increases to positively impact their base pay. We would like to thank you for your time at CoBank and would encourage you to speak to your manager about your current workload and compensation.
