Pros

Decent benefits. Financially stable company.

Cons

Manager is ALWAYS right. HR is there to support management. My manager had 110% turnover in the 3years I was there. HR never once did anything to encourage a better work environment. This was common in a number of departments where employee concerns were ignored in favor of management.

HR Leadership Lacks Integrity

Pros

At the "single location" entity, you are able to work independently (lack of supervision), which will motivate you to personally learn, and develop upon your own natural, as well as adaptive behavioral style. Hence . . . nuturing you to become more desireable in an organizational structure that values integrity, competency and skills.

Cons

Job Descriptions are unclear . . . too many people doing "what you think is your job" . . . and taking credit for your work, causing lack of motivation. Most employees do not have confidence in the current, senior leadership. If you are productive, and not the type of person that "sucks up", then this Company is not a good fit for you. If you are lazy and have time on your hands to surf the internet all day long, while collecting a paycheck, this is the perfect company for you.

Pros

Strong base pay and excellent cash bonuses 9% 401k match Decent medical

Cons

Highly political. Status is measured by size of office...when someone gets a promotion they literally change the size of their office/cube by increasing the dimensions, which means taking down a wall (which also means taking space away from someone else's workstation). People in Denver are also very proud of the type of cars they drive. Also, they portray this as an organization that offers a lot of growth and different job opportunities but in reality if you don't possess direct credit experience there's not much available, especially if you work in an office outside Denver.
