Pros

Pros are mainly for young hires. OK place to break into the financial industry and get some experience.

Cons

As others have mentioned, associates are micromanaged, and management (especially executive management) is intensely hostile and inflexible. There also is a discernable pattern of age discrimination in this organization. It was not this way under CoBank's former CEO Doug Sims.
