The COO The CIO The 5th floor renovation Entire IT teams have departed, leaving zero knowledge of how things function. The culture is gutted, the work/life balance is non existent. The attempt to evolve quickly has traded integrity and stability for questionable solutions, thinking that code is the answer to all things. Reviews from directors, senior leaders and managers are a completely laughable gas-lighting attempt

The do not value their people. Leadership is awful. They want to treat a very reputable establishment as a 'startup'. Leadership here is a joke, starting at the top.
