      Pros

      Working to keep food on our tables and support rural America is a worthy mission. Tom is a great CEO and his leadership keeps CoBank strong.

      Good benefits, good culture, stability

      Cons

      Fear-based Management. There is nothing HR will help you with. What they will tell you to wait and see if the situation will get better... Really??? There are some good managers, but more of those who have no leadership and people skills at all. As other reviews mentioned, no upward mobility you are stuck in same position. No support to learn and move to a different area of the organization. It's more who you know than what you know. Expect to have a higher knowledge without the training given.
