Pros

It used to be a good place to work but changes in senior and mid-level management ruined it.

Cons

Since a change happened at a very high level a few years ago in senior management, a feeling of fear and intimidation has been felt within Cobank IT. Senior VP yell at people and threaten them with compensation downgrade for no good reason. Some mid-level manager act like little dictator. All managers in my group had zero knowledge of the business and technology. Compensation is mediocre at best. Cobank boasts to make more than one million dollars of profit per employee but associates do not benefit. Morale is generally low within the department and people have been leaving in significant numbers.
