Pros

CoBank offers excellent benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as generous paid sick time and holidays each year. The company’s commitment to Social Corporate Responsibility (SCR) is evident through programs like CoBank Cares and by giving you an "allowance" to donate to your non-profit of choice and the “Angel Day,” which provides employees with a dedicated day for volunteering. The culture at CoBank is vibrant and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion. This is reflected in the presence of nine Associate Resource Groups that foster community and support employees from diverse backgrounds.

Pros

The technology and data teams are among the best I’ve worked with in the Denver area. The organization fosters a culture of innovation, and the teams are filled with incredibly smart, forward-thinking individuals. Leadership is exceptional—new ideas are genuinely welcomed from anyone, regardless of level, and there is intentional space created for innovation. Within the data organization specifically, the Head of Data Engineering is one of the smartest and most visionary leaders I’ve worked with. He has built a truly outstanding team, and you have direct access to him no matter your role, which is rare and refreshing. The CIO has also established a strong leadership model and is highly accessible. Her transformation efforts have significantly strengthened the organization and created a modern, empowered environment.
