Pays decent, mostly good people. A lot of friendly people below leadership positions.

Cons

Very limited banker experience at top levels. Leadership is nearly non existent. LEADERSHIP....I mean.

-Recruiters were very positive about the bank and culture during hiring process. -Company really focuses on internal growth and promotion. -Company has an open door policy. -Company has a great work/life balance.

Cons

-Company is bound to a charter which limits its lending capacity, and therefore, future growth.
