Cons

Some organizations with the bank encourage employees to thrive and contribute to the success of the bank. Some organizations are micro-managed and have not accepted the concepts of human equity, diversity, etc.

People are friendly and nice at least in face. Company is doing well in business. Good benefit. Good training on people skills. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Not much upward opportunity given the size and nature of the company. A lot of politics. A lot of pigeon-holed jobs. No promotions to minority people.
