HR Leadership Lacks Integrity

Pros

At the "single location" entity, you are able to work independently (lack of supervision), which will motivate you to personally learn, and develop upon your own natural, as well as adaptive behavioral style. Hence . . . nuturing you to become more desireable in an organizational structure that values integrity, competency and skills.

Cons

Job Descriptions are unclear . . . too many people doing "what you think is your job" . . . and taking credit for your work, causing lack of motivation. Most employees do not have confidence in the current, senior leadership. If you are productive, and not the type of person that "sucks up", then this Company is not a good fit for you. If you are lazy and have time on your hands to surf the internet all day long, while collecting a paycheck, this is the perfect company for you.

The good and bad of CoBank

Pros

CoBank offers a great work-life balance, they understand that you have a personal life outside of work. 40 hours a week means exactly that.

Cons

I felt that there were a lot of "clicks" within the Bank. It was hard to come in as a new employee and feel welcomed.
