mission oriented, strong teamwork, treats every borrower with white glove treatment, no matter how small

Cons

Extensive, manual, recurring, maintenance, inefficient credit work. markets work life balance but in reality, it is not. Plan on weekend work.

Turnover (mainly from the pandemic), Hiring criteria doesn't seem to be based on experience and expertise which makes the onboarding process difficult (growing pains).
