Recruiter was knowledgeable about the role, followed up promptly on all of my questions, coordinated times that were convenient for me, and made the process easy to go through. I just can't say enough good things about how wonderful the company and the people are to work with. I'm so happy I accepted the position.

Sticklers for Years of Experience for promotions Pay compared to industry could improve Never want to be industry leaders in HR practices (I.e. barely got to 6 weeks parental leave, but some have been at 6 months for years_ Should improve technology across the bank, not just for the line
