Pros
Work life balance was good, I pause when I say this but "MOST" of your coworkers were great people.
Cons
HR allows itself to be used as a weapon - e.g. someone didn't like the lights being turned off during mid day - so he reported it to HR as disrespect, A manager didn't like that an employee didn't agree with her in a meeting, so she reported him to HR. This type of behavior is poison in an organization. No clear development path, CoBank University was there for training, but not really all that feasible to use - especially in the IT department. (My department was 5 people short staffed) Pay was way below average for your position
