Pros

Good pay, okay bennifits. Wonderful staff

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. Leadership is gossipy. Starts at the top and works its way down. Creates a passive agressive environment that is highly unprofessional. Where the problems aren't addresses by looking in the mirror first, rather thrown at others while shoving the core values in your face. No one is treated equally, rather by favoritism.

Pros

I don't know where to start! I've been with the company for a few months now. Initially during the interview process, I was struck (in a good way) by how cooperative and close-knit the employees were. Beforehand, my only professional experience was working multiple jobs in New York City, where a majority (not all, but a majority) of everyone else could honestly care less about you as a person and saw you more as a numbered employee. Now that I am working here, I feel very much a part of the team. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you succeed in your role. The office also has a nice cultural atmosphere now that most of the construction is complete. It's an open-structured office but all of the teams are close to one another so communication is made easy. There is definitely a cultural vibe here of hard work, positivity, and cooperation. In addition, the salary pay is great and the benefits are honestly amazing. Also, it should be noted that upper management is very friendly and willing to chat with you whether it be just around the office or for work-related reasons. In a few select past jobs, I have been intimidated by going to upper management about concerns because my resulting feeling was that I was wasting their time and my opinions were worthless. Not here. Here at Co-construct I feel genuinely appreciated and my opinions valued. So here you have a perfect trifecta: great pay & benefits, great people, and a great cultural atmosphere. I personally intend to stay with this company for many years to come! And just saying, but we've got a new kitchen and Foosball table! You know what's up!

Cons

Honestly, there are very few cons. I'm a fast learner and I adapt to change easily and quickly, so the fast-paced environment is more of a pro for me, personally, than a con. However, I can see that that may be a con for others looking to get hired here. Also, the construction is nearly over with, but there may be some additional noise as furniture and appliances are shifted around.

Pros

Tremendous growth trajectory makes Co-construct a dynamic place to be. Very competitive sales salary and commission and a great work/life balance. The staff is a great bunch of folks who really care about the job they do each day. The clients are awesome and fun.

Cons

If you are not adaptable to change this might not be a good culture for you. Co-construct is growing and changing and flexibility of mind is necessary.
