Pros

CoDev as a company does care about it's employees

Cons

After a client runs out of budget and discontinue their contract with Codev, you are placed on a bench for 2 months. And after two months you are going to be let go. It used to be for much longer but I do understand why they limited the amount of stay in the bench

Pros

CoDev is a great company! It offers WFH setup which is really helpful and treats their employees really well. Coev offers great benefit package and the management is very approachable. You can work with best people and has good projects which gives you opportunity to learn more and grow.

Cons

Follows your client's holiday calendar and limited PTO
