-There are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth. -The company is very considerate of work-life balance, offering flexible work hours and remote work options. - The leadership team is approachable and transparent, - The company is forward-thinking, embracing new technologies and encouraging innovation across all levels.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, and sometimes the rapid pace of change can feel overwhelming. It might take time to adapt to new processes and systems but I don't think that's a bad thing.
