Pros

- competitive salary - great management. They really care about their employees. - laptop is provided

Cons

- only 13 leaves in a year (no sick leave) - holidays are US based (which is fewer compared to Philippine holidays) so no holidays when it’s a holiday in the Philippines.

- higher salary offer than average of local companies - supportive on giving the equipments you need - reimbursement for learning materials

Cons

- too many steps for leave application - supervisor and time keeping is not in sync (should relay the data to each other) - overtime is tedious as well
