- Competitive salary for senior developers. - Co-workers are very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from them. - They have good clients. - Management is understanding and approachable.

Cons

- Most supervisors seemed not to know the IT development cycle and does not understand the challenges of the industry. - Basis for salary increment is not clear.
